How long until content starts posting on my platforms?
A mix of static images, motion graphics and video. In addition full copywriting with dynamic customization around your business’s information (name, website, phone, etc.) and relevant hashtags. NOTE: Google My Business does not support video posts.
No. We offer month to month terms and no cancellation fees.
What’s your cancellation/refund policy?
We do not offer refunds of subscription fees that have already passed or have been processed unless services are not provided as detailed in our service offerings. Customers can always cancel their subscriptions prior to their renewal dates with no penalties or cancellation fees through their dashboard and have the option of continuing their services through their current term.
Do you boost posts?
In the near future we will be rolling out additional tiers of service, but in the meantime, if you wish to discuss additional help, feel free to email us at support@furniture.social to discuss your specific needs.

What is a boosted post?
A boosted post refers to a regular post on a Facebook or Instagram page that is paid to reach a larger audience. Boosted posts appear higher in the news feed of the target audience and can also be shown to people who are not already followers of the page. This advertising feature allows businesses and individuals to increase the visibility of their content and promote specific messages to a broader audience.
What is my boosting budget?
With our premium subscription, $100 is automatically allocated for the boosting of posts each month. This means you don’t have to add anything on top of your monthly fee to enjoy the benefits of boosted posts reaching a wider audience. It’s all included in your subscription package.
What platforms do you offer boosting services on?
Currently, we offer boosting services on Facebook and Instagram. Our aim is to help you maximize your reach across these social media platforms where your target audience is active while keeping it cost-friendly.
Will I have control over the target audience for boosted posts?
To keep things straightforward and maximize the allocated budget, we will typically boost posts within a 25-mile radius of your store location. This targeted approach aims to bring foot traffic to your physical stores, ensuring your boosted posts reach the most relevant audience.
Can I change or cancel a boosted post once it’s live?
Once a boosted post is live, it can paused if needed. The budget that would have been spent will be used on a future post instead. Content changes to the post itself are not possible, as the boosted post uses the image and caption from the original post.
Can I add to the $100 boosting budget?
Yes, you can add more budget if needed. Your monthly cost will increase by however far beyond the $100 you wish to go.
Will budget rollover if I don’t provide access or feedback on time?
Monthly budget does not rollover so it’s critical that access is given at signup and/or feedback is provided if/when needed on time.
How do I send you content?
Our team will contact you by the 10th of each month to discuss any custom posts you’d like for the following month.
What if I miss the deadline to send you content?
We understand how busy things can get, so don’t worry about missing the deadline. We’ll be sending you friendly reminders to submit your requests, ensuring you have plenty of time to prepare and work on them. However, if you happen to miss the deadline, we’ll fill the remaining slots with our usual content.
What types of content formats are available for custom posts?
Custom posts refer to static posts that can include photos or graphics.
What level of customization is available for the posts?
You have the flexibility to provide your own photos to be incorporated into the posts. Additionally, if you have specific sales periods or promotional events you’d like to highlight, we can tailor the content accordingly to maximize their visibility and impact.
Can I request specific branding elements to be included in the custom posts?
Certainly! Our assumption is that the images and graphics provided are ready to be posted. While we primarily manage the posting process for you, we’re open to making minor touch-ups as needed to ensure the posts maintain a polished appearance.
