“Furniture.Social ” is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscription from Furniture.Social and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

We do not offer refunds of subscription fees that have already passed or have been processed unless services are not provided as detailed in our service offerings. Customers can always cancel their subscriptions prior to their renewal dates with no penalties or cancellation fees through their dashboard and have the option of continuing their services through their current term.
